Elks Lodge Kiddies Flag day
Children crowd around Ervin Von Sprecken, a member of the Elks Lodge, to get their miniature Union Jack's. This was a part of the big day the Elks put on for the children at Island Park Wednesday.
The wheelbarrow race was only one of the many races for children of all ages at the Park. The children also heard an address by Canon P. C. Bays on "Your Flag".
