La Verandrye [La Verendrye] School mobile museum and nature display

The Pond at school

The pond is a mobile extension unit of the Manitoba Museum of Man and Nature presently located in the library of La Verendrye school. During the next few weeks it will visit all elementary schools in the city. Here a third grade class and their teacher, Mrs. J. Harapiak, look over to the showcases and manuals that accompany the showing. The display will be open to the public this evening from 7:30 until nine o’clock.
