SCENES LIKE THIS are making members of Portage city council shudder these days as they are trying to determine what would work best to eliminate the "blind" corners in the city. This shot - showing the Royal Road and Crescent Road intersection - illustrates how difficult it is to see traffic from the north if a motorist were travelling east.
