Portage Lions Club 17th birthday party
First president of the Portage Lion's club, Bill Taylor cuts the birthday cake at the Lion's Club Birthday party held at the Mayfair Hotel. The party celebrated the first Charter night of the club, when Mr. Taylor was first President. The original charter night was held in 1935.
