Island Park Drive - The new housing project south of Brandon Ave.
A bull-dozer cuts through the earth on Island Park, clearing out a basement excavation for the home of W. C. Mack. The Mack residence is one of three that is being built now in the Island Park Drive housing area. It is expected that the houses will be erected and occupied this fall. P. R. Rickey is also building to the north of the Mack residence, at the intersection of Island Park Drive and Brandon Avenue.
