DRAWMASTER TED RAMSAY and his assistant Mrs. Dora Brownridge, are busy here settling some of the fine points in the draw for the Portage Collegiate bonspiel which got underway this morning at the local rink. The interested bystander is Tobe Trimble, the president of the PCI curling club.
THIS IS THE SYLE-CONSCIOUS SET? Here were some of the costumes when the Owens rink of High Bluff and the Cairns rink of Portage squared off in the Portage Collegiate bonspiel this morning. The competitors come in all sizes and everyone seems to have a distinctive idea on what the well-dressed curler should look like.
