Legion - Victoria Cross - March of Dimes
A contribution totalling $3,410 is made to the Society for Crippled Children and Adults from the Legion's March of Dimes campaign. Chairman Rae Smith makes the presentation to Mrs. Hazel Forbes, field secretary. At left is Laurie Skinner of the Dimes committee, and at right is Bill Mitchell, March of Dimes administrative assistant.
