The above RCAF personnel, being congratulated by GC. J. R. Frizzle, CD, commanding officer at Southport, were presented with the Canadian Forces Decoration at a special parade Thursday. They are, left to right, FS H. A. Gilbert, FS K. D. MacPherson, Sgt. I. L. Larsen, Sgt¾ [sic] J. G. G. Pigeon, GC Frizzle, Cpl. R. E. Baird, Cpl. D. M. M. Setter, Cpl. F. W. Taylor, and Cpl. E. J. Webber.
