Air Commodore FS Carpenter, AFC, CD, air officer commander of the Maritime Air Command, signs the guest book at the visiting officers quarters at RCAF Station Portage Monday. He is at Southport to present wings to 32 graduates tonight, one of which is his son, FO Carpenter.
