Pert and pretty Noreen Kitson, the 1968 Winter Fun Festival Queen congratulates the "powderpuff" winners in the Fun Festival power toboggan races held during the fun-filled weekend. Dawn Grant, left, was winner in the 15 years and under class while Marie Mallette emerged victorious in the senior ladies category.
