Dorcas Society
Dorcas Society gets over 100 dolls from women's correctional institute here
More than 100 dolls in all sizes, shapes and expressions have been prepared and dressed by women at the Women’s Gaol in Portage so far this winter. This week they were presented to the Dorcas Society and will find their way into many a little girl’s heart next week. Mrs. Ken Lyon, centre accepts on behalf of the Dorcas. At right is Mrs. A. Stewart, craft room supervisor.
