Miss Manitoba, Lorraine Gauthier Tuesday afternoon crowned the 1974 4-H regional queen following the dress review at the PortagEx. This year's queen is Pat Davey, 14, second from left, of Westbourne. At left is Mrs. Jean Saunders, president of Court la Reine, Canadian Order of Foresters, donor of the shield which the queen received. At right is Mrs. Lisa Snesby of Westbourne, a member of COF. In front are princesses Colleen Clagett, 14, of Gladstone at left, and Gail Boddy, 17, of Oakland at right.
