Darragh, at right. Capt. V. H. Dyer, acting battery commander, may be seen immediately behind Brigadier Pangman.

Service Decorations- Brigadier J. E. C. Pangman, DSO, ED, CD, awards service decorations to two members of the 38th Feild Battery, RCA, during ceremonies Thursday night. At top Capt. J. Campbell receives his medal, and at bottom Sgt. A. F. White recieves his award from the Area Commander.
