An outdoor barbecue is a scenic Island setting at the D. D. Stevenson home Sunday evening was only one of the events on schedule for a touring group of eight from Joliette, Quebec, in the city for a Centennial "twinning" here this afternoon.

A city of Joliette flag was presented to Portage la Prairie Monday. At top, left to right during the ceremony, are city secretary-treasurer D. G. Rodger, Joliette Deputy Mayor Roland Rivest, Mayor H. L. Henderson, and Joliette secretary-treasurer J. A. Desormiers. At bottom a group of visitors and local guests visit the control tower at CFB Portage.
