More help for the Salvation army building fund in portage comes from Ald. A. r, Barrett right, here presenting a cheque for $500 to Col. Robert Watt of Toronto, national financial secretary of salvation army. Mr. Barrett's Apex enterprises will demolish the present army citadel to provide for construction of a new building here. Also seen in the above picture are, left to right, Col. A. Moulton of Winnipeg, division commander, Mrs. Watt, and Envoy Frank Mahoney between Col. Watt and mr. Barrett
