PFRA DIKE CONSTRUCTION ALONG RIVER PFRA AT WORK- Three draglines of the PFRA are shown here at work building up a dike near the Assiniboine river behind the Mellen farm on the south road. The PFRA crews are building the new dike about eight feet high and a considerable distance back from the old dike. This photo was taken from the farm side. The earth is being dug from the river side of the dike.
