Al Miller and Karen Devine turn sod for new theatre

Mayor Karen Devine helps AI Miller turn the first sod for Cinema Centre, the theatre being constructed by Mr. Miller. The new theatre is located at the far northeast corner of the city parking lot. Construction on the theatre began Tuesday with construction of the footings.
