The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship offered by the city of Portage la Prairie is presented here by Mayor H. L. Henderson to Miss Ada Lou Ellet during ceremonies Friday afternoon at city hall. Also seen is Mrs. L. Ellett and Ald. T. N. Metheral who represented the city's finance committee at the presentation.
