Queen Elizabeth Scholorship [Scholarship] to Patrick Owens
This year's winner of the Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship offered by the City of Portage la Prairie is Patrick Owens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle D. Owens. Mayor W. A. Linden, at left, makes the presentation and at right is Mrs. Owens. Patrick is a grade 12 graduate of Arthur Meighen High School who had an average of 83.6 per cent.
