New schools - Work commences on foundation works of schools
Work going on inside: Although there are no workmen visible on the outside of the cement forms erected on the site of the new school being built in the northeast section of the city along MacKenzie avenue, men are working on the interior, boarding it in preparation for the running of cement in the basement walls and floor. The basic cement foundation of the new school, which is to be built at the cost of $54,647, has been laid.
