Fun Festival preparations - New over and under traffic route on lake

There is something new on Crescent Lake for this year's Winter Fun Festival. This over-and-under traffic crossover is being constructed just east of the Island Park bridge in order that traffic crossing the lake to the island will not have to worry about he [the?] snowmobiles, etc., which are travelling up and down the lake.
