Mrs. Addie Bell presents new trophy to replace retired Bantam “A” cup
Mrs. Addie Bell recently donated a handsome trophy for annual competition among Portage and District Bantam ‘A’ teams of the Portage Minor Hockey Association. First winners were the South Side team. Mitch White on the left and Mark Wilson on the right co-captains of the team were presented with the Addie Bell Memorial trophy recently by Mrs. Bell. Addie Bell was the founder of the South Side Athletic Club and coached all the minor teams at South Side for several seasons.
