La Verandrye [La Verendrye] junior high school official opening
La Verendrye junior high school was officially opened Monday afternoon with the cutting of the ceremonial ribbon by former principal of North Ward school, Miss Kay Robb, assisted by William Battershill, assistant deputy minister, Manitoba department of education.
