School safety patrol - Zero weather means nothing

Like the postman, nothing in the way of weather deters the school safety patrols from doing their job. Even in sub-zero temperatures in a chill wind the patrol members are on hand, as above, whenever school lets out. And the Portage patrols have a terrific record. Not once in the many years of operation locally has there been a serious mishap at schools when the patrols are on duty.
