Pr. Charles grade sixers raise $24.50 – Childrens [Children’s] Aid Society gets donation
Prince Charles grade 6B Thursday turned over $24.50 to the Children's Aid Society to be used specifically to help crippled children. They raised the money with a special class production, charging only a minimum admittance. The group above includes, left to right, Pat Ferris, Tommy Porter, Larry Smith, Arlene Pople, Lynn Quigley, Joe Almon and Sjana Smith. At rear is class teacher J. Toews. W. H. Marsh, CAS treasurer, accepted the contribution from the class's Centennial project. Judith Owens and Reed Johnston also were members of the cast.
