Arkansas Traveller Harvey Carmichael of Portage is shown holding some of the awards given to him on his recent trip with Canadian Air Cadets through the United States. In his hand are his "official Arkansas Traveller" certificate, a certificate making him an honorary pilot in the Civil Air Patrol, and the key to the capital city of Little Rock.
