Terriers Go 2-Up in Division Semi Beat Brandon Travellers 4-3 in Overtime
Chuck Naish has just scored the game ending goal in sudden death overtime and although the Portage Terriers were tired after the tough struggle they jumped all over little Chick Naish, the goal scorer who is somewhere in the middle of his teammates while the Brandon Travellers skated dejectedly off the ice. The goal put the Terriers ahead 2-0 in the series.
Chuck Naish, overtime goal scorer, offered a winning smile in the Terriers dressing room aftr the game won 4-3 by the Portage Terriers as he peeled off his sweat soaked uniform. The Terriers and Brandon Travellers resume their series Wednesday at Brandon with the fourth game slated for Friday, March 8 at 8.30 p.m. at the Portage Arena.
